• A non-refundable $500 deposit is required for all orders.

• We allow a 24-hour approval period on all standard banjos. Custom banjos are not eligible for return.

• Once a customer is notified that their order is completed they have 30 days to pay the balance of their order. After 30 days, Davis Banjos and Inlay reserves the right to resell the instrument.

• Credit card payments will be upcharged 2.7% on their total to cover fees.



• Any defect in materials will be repaired or replaced to the original owner if shipped back to us.
